I accidentally saw someone else sharing this shop on IG and I have always wanted to visit it. Taking advantage of the good weather on the weekend, I took advantage of the good weather and rode my bike to eat there.
Because there were other restaurants I wanted to eat at, I didn’t order too much. There was no menu in the store, and there were no clear prices. Just tell the staff in front of the big pot what you wanted to eat.
This time I ordered rice blood, pig skin, jigula, and some kind of pig offal (I really don’t know the name...)
Mi Xue and Jigula are pretty good. My friends and I don't like the pork rinds because they don't think it's soft enough. I don't eat the offal, but my friends think it's crunchy and delicious.
As for the sauce, it's just ordinary soy sauce paste and hot sauce.
The soup is served in a self-service style. You can grab a bowl and ladle the soup yourself. It's delicious!
Generally speaking, it is just an ordinary local snack, not particularly delicious or unpalatable, but if I come to Keelung next time, I will want to try it again.
And it’s a pity that I didn’t eat radish this time. After all, it’s called cabbage stew but I didn’t eat the cabbage. It felt weird (laughs)
