After trying American smoked beef brisket at the market many years ago, I have never forgotten it. I also learned about this store from YouTuber Christine, and I made a special trip to visit it when I came back to Chiayi.

This is a street takeout shop with no inside area. The store uses an offset barbecue grill elsewhere, uses wood fire to smoke, and then transports the finished product to the city for sale.

The surface of the smoked beef brisket is almost black with spices, and is only rubbed with salt, pepper, and coriander seeds. It is fired for 16 hours. The clerk cuts it on the spot to show the cross-section of the red meat, which is very tempting.

In actual taste, the seasoning is not heavy, and the meat flavor and smoky flavor are perfectly blended. Although it is expensive, it is indeed a rare taste. These two slices are still a little dry in the lean meat, but there is beef fat near the surface, making them taste softer and more delicious.

The smoked pulled pork is my favorite this time. In addition to being shredded, it is also mixed with the store's homemade sauce. The overall flavor is great and the pork is tender and tender. It is also very suitable for wrapping on the yellow taco bread next to it.
