The old brand's chicken soup block hot pot, but I love it! The biggest feature is that you can unlimitedly add duck blood tofu; you can get full just from eating the base ingredients!

This time we ordered the signature premium beef short ribs for $1098, which has obviously increased a lot in price 😞. A few years ago it was always $780... The quality and portion are still as satisfying as ever. Additionally, we were given some pork for our birthday, and the quality was also quite good. The rice has always been cooked well by Ding Wang, which adds to the experience.

Today, I ate very satisfactorily! However, the price increase for beef is quite shocking, and it will likely reduce my chances of dining here in the future.

Today, I ordered the mandarin duck hot pot. The pickled cabbage and pork broth from Ding Wang is also one of my favorite soup bases.
The gifted梅花 pig goes very well with the sauerkraut and pork belly hot pot.
