This is a must-order item. There's no denying that the freshly prepared beef soup is incredible—super delicious and something you'll want to drink again and again. There's also a generous portion of beef, which is tender and tasty on its own, and even better with soy sauce and shredded ginger.

《Parking》
There are actually many parking lots near Guohua Street🅿️, with most prices ranging from 💰30 to 45/0.5hr. If you're lucky, street parking is surely the cheapest. There's a parking lot🅿️ right across the way next to Louisa, but it has few parking spots and the prices are shockingly high🐭.

《Service》
Even when the shop is busy, they manage to organize seating systematically, and the speed of serving food is very fast. Although there are a lot of people waiting in line, it moves quickly.

🔖 今天嗑的是:六千泓佐土產牛肉|台南🐮 這間傳說中的台南牛肉湯名店「六千」 多年前曾凌晨四點來朝聖,記得那次足足排到六點多才喝到熱騰騰的牛肉湯。 今年再次造訪,幸運地早上八點多到達時居然完全不用排隊就可以吃到 因為前面剛好吃過東西,這次簡單點了一碗招牌: ⭐️ 牛肉湯|💰130
一上桌就是滿滿的牛肉片,搭配甘甜清爽的湯頭 肉片非常嫩口,不管是直接吃,還是沾點薑絲醬油膏都非常對味。
湯的部分,我最愛的喝法是再加一點米酒,讓整體香氣更濃郁,一口接一口,真的喝到一滴不剩! 📝 TJMM說:
台南的牛肉湯百百款,幾乎全天都能喝到,但能讓大家願意凌晨來排隊的店,真的不多。

知名的台南牛肉湯,清晨天未亮就排隊,似乎大多是年輕觀光客。 這店有少見的四位全女性老闆,分工明確,親切招呼。取了號碼牌後,便可在店家附近等待。 攤車上熱湯騰騰,新鮮溫體生牛肉紅潤,店家片肉下來置入牛肉熱湯,上桌時仍顯紅嫩。 牛肉湯味濃郁清甜,湯色稍顯濁,牛腩湯則稍清一些,兩者湯頭口味相同,生牛肉片自然比熟透牛腩更彈鮮好吃。這牛肉片沾一點冷甜醬加薑絲的搭配則另有滋味,在天冷之際還是更愛直接喝湯吃肉。 若天亮後才來,便可能僅剩牛腩湯,若單為湯頭的話仍足享受,不必早起排隊。
