What is it like selling chicken cakes until being invited to participate in an exhibition in Japan...😯

This is a banana cake shop that I discovered by accident.
After eating once, I visited again countless times.
Already recommended to family and friends,
They even recommend it to their friends through word of mouth.
It is very suitable to buy for yourself or as a souvenir.
I also made a new friend because of this box of chicken cakes!

There are not many items, so the price depends on the size of the package.

The boss uses honest ingredients and bakes every cake with heart.

I was really lucky when I bought it for the first time. I came across the last box at 4pm. I have to make a reservation every time I visit again!
Book at least one day in advance, or before 10 a.m.!
If you want to buy it on the same day, it really depends on your luck!

There are only two people in the shop, the boss and his apprentice.

Compared to the main body of the egg cake (in half shape) A banana cake is about the same size as an actual fruit banana. If you are very lucky when you visit, if the boss has extra banana cake, he will treat you to one right away! (I don’t know how to cut it, so I’ll treat you to a whole stick) The one in the photo is the NG product. The boss saw that I was not a first-time customer and there were no extra whole egg cakes on site, so he asked me if I wanted to eat the NG product. After all, it’s good to eat it by yourself🥹

That’s right, the egg cake is not solid, it is filled with fillings! Banana chicken cake, with banana filling inside! The thick banana puree is made by the boss from fruits. The same goes for seasonal chicken cakes. Because the ingredients are taken from fresh fruits, seasonal chicken cakes can only be eaten when the fruits are in season!

This time I ordered one box and one bag. The boss saw that I was not a stranger, so he gave me the NG product (the small bag above) (Small portion) 6 pieces in bag (Large portion) Box of 12 pieces

It's a pity that the price has already increased, but prices are inevitable But the boss who wrote down the raw materials so clearly! It’s really rare! The boss is genuine and the price is genuine! By the way, let me explain the price: Small portion = 6 pieces in bag Large portion = 12 pieces in box The individual packaging is boxed, also 12 pieces. The difference is that each of the individually packaged banana cakes is wrapped in a small plastic bag, which is more hygienic for giving away or sharing! Generally, the boxes will not be packaged separately!

The store is really not very conspicuous. There are old buildings nearby. Because most of the customers are booking, it is rare to see queues on site. (I was probably the last customer to get the pre-ordered cake today)
