The rice part is great, the grains are clear and shiny

On the other hand, I think it’s okay with the “thick brûlée delayed by the curry”
It’s a grilled brûlée, so you must order it if it’s on the menu.
But I think theirs tastes more like pudding
And it’s not Uniform Pudding, it’s Yimei Pudding, the sweetness and texture are similar

When I arrived in Taichung this time, my partner had gastroenteritis and couldn't eat, so I had to find a restaurant near my accommodation to eat. I found that the restaurant next to me was Kojiro, which I had eaten at many years ago. It was a different restaurant than the one I saw at Fooday before. This restaurant should be ours.

I arrived around 7:30 and was told that the store was no longer accepting customers and could only take away. Fortunately, I live not far away, so I took it back to the hotel to eat.

All I can say is, delicious! I ordered beef curry. His curry sauce was not sour with lots of fruits and vegetables, but full of beef flavor. I thought it was very fragrant and delicious. The beef was stewed piece by piece and melted in your mouth. However, it is not spicy at all, so you can order free hot sauce. It’s even better after adding hot sauce. Paired with the dark draft beer bought at 7-11, it’s a very satisfying meal!
