"Osteria Barberini" is an Italian restaurant, and its signature dishes should be truffle-related dishes (it turned out that we still ate truffle dishes when we came to Rome😂)
Mushroom Lasagne with Truffle Cream €22
In fact, I originally wanted to eat the most common Italian noodles, but as I am not familiar with the various Italian noodle dishes in Italian/English, I didn’t notice that Lasagna is the English word for lasagna, so I accidentally ordered lasagna. Luckily it’s still quite delicious!
The lasagna tastes great, with a lot of milky flavor. You can feel the full aroma of the milk. With the mushrooms that appear from time to time in the middle of the lasagna and the black truffle slices shaved off from the top, the taste is very balanced, even if you eat it slowly. It’s still delicious even after it’s cold~
Tomato and lobster pasta €30
The lobster actually doesn’t have much meat, and although it’s a bit troublesome to eat, it tastes very good; the pasta is chewy and seasoned well, and I like it even if I don’t like tomatoes. The small drawback is that it costs about $1,000 in Taiwan dollars. , it’s really expensive~
The water here costs €3, and the peach juice you ordered costs €4 (although it is bottled and not freshly squeezed, it is quite delicious and you can taste the real thing); however, most of the Italian juice is not charged here. The restaurant charges a table fee, so it’s not bad
However, there is a disadvantage here. Most of the waiters feel a bit burnt out and have a cold attitude. I originally wanted to give it five stars, but because I personally value service attitude, I feel that the experience is not super good, so I will give it four stars. Right~
