There’s a fry shop near the Kaohsiung Han-shin Arena called "Little Careful Chicken," which has a super cute name. The menu has a wide variety of items, and all the ingredients are freshly battered on-site when you order, so it requires a bit of waiting time. It's recommended to call ahead to make a reservation. There’s also a laundromat next door where you can do laundry while you wait. 🤣🤣
This time, we tried their chicken steak with plum powder flavor. It's sweet and tangy, and it pairs perfectly. The chicken steak is quite large and heavy, and when you bite into it, it's juicy and not dry at all. Finishing one serving gives you a great feeling of fullness.
The German sausage is highly recommended—it’s super long! Not only is it great for photos, but it’s also delicious. The skin is crispy, and the meat inside is very juicy; I’ve never seen such a long sausage outside.
The mixed vegetable platter is priced at 55, which is quite a good value. This time it included enoki mushrooms, pumpkin, and green pepper. It’s completely non-greasy, especially the enoki mushrooms, which have an excellent texture. The pumpkin and green peppers retain their moisture and are very sweet and tasty.
