This time I chose their desserts for internal use. There is no low consumption in the store and there will be no special restrictions on dining time. For internal use, disposable tableware will not be used, and environmental protection is also promoted!

  • Tieguanyin Chestnut Montblanc - 165 - The outer layer of Montblanc is filled with Tieguanyin tofu and the filling is rich in tea flavor, about one or two points sweet, with a slight bitterness of tea at the end, so it doesn't taste greasy. The lower layer of Mont Blanc is coconut milk Chantilly, which has a thicker texture than Mont Blanc, but unexpectedly tastes like fresh cream but not greasy, and has a slight honey feel. There are two or three chestnuts wrapped in the middle! At the bottom is a thin layer of pure vegetarian dan cake. This piece will be sweet, about 40% sweet, with a solid texture. The almond shortbread at the bottom is about 50% sweet and has a very crispy texture. It’s a cookie that’s delicious on its own! The overall combination is excellent!

Their baked dessert products don’t feel vegetarian at all, and many of their products are better than ordinary dessert stores. I recommend everyone to try them!
