I happened to wander nearby and found a coffee shop that has been in the favorites for a while. The car was parked on Kaishan Road, and I had to look around a bit to find it; there's also a wishing well nearby.
The interior decor follows a modern industrial style, with a spacious overall layout and more seating than a small café. I visited around 3:00 PM on a weekday, and there were quite a few empty seats, but it's safer to make a reservation on weekends. Some people also stay here to study, work, or do reports.
🌻 Orange Honey Pomelo Sparkling Drink $150
It's not too sweet; the bitter notes of orange and pomelo are quite prominent, making it a perfect match with desserts. I'd recommend it! I think the portion is quite large, so it's pretty cost-effective.
🌻 French Caramel Pudding $150
It's a very ordinary pudding, so I feel the value for money is quite low. It tastes a bit like the less sweet I-Mei egg pudding... It's better to order other desserts instead. I ordered the pudding because I didn’t want cake at that moment.
Overall, because it's a bit far from school and doesn't have anything that particularly attracts me, it's not a place I would likely visit again. However, I would like to try their Basque cheesecake if given the chance.
