I found this place online and heard it's an old restaurant. I went to queue before it opened, and shortly after ordering, all the seats were filled, so it seems to be quite popular.
The broth is pretty salty and gets a bit overwhelming towards the end. The chashu (braised pork) is on the lean side, giving it a drier texture.

🧸 I saw someone order vegetable ramen, and the chef really stir-fries the vegetables before putting them in the ramen bowl, rather than just tossing them into the broth to cook. The stir-fried vegetables had a taste that felt quite similar all around the restaurant. I’d like to try that first next time!
🔅 Very close to the station, convenient.
🔅 Self-ordering machines, which I find considerate; each dish has two sections, one in Japanese and another in Chinese, with pictures for reference. After ordering, we place the food voucher on the table for the chef to see.
🔅 There is a rather strong smell in the restaurant, reminiscent of pork bone broth, which I personally don't like. Those who are sensitive to smells may want to be cautious.
