The shrimp roe soup is very thick and delicious, with a strong flavor. It also includes cabbage, which adds a nice touch. The shrimp oil enhances the overall aroma a lot! The fine noodles have a bit of chewiness, which I really like. Today, I had the Tong Huasun 2.0, and the shrimp balls with shrimp roe inside were very tasty. The chicken char siu was very tender with a grilled aroma that made it smooth to eat. The pork char siu was just okay, but the shrimp wontons were plump and large. The fried fish slices were also very delicious; I would order more.
