This is a branch of the famous beef noodles in Xinzhuang.
Our store has been open in Xinzhuang for more than 30 years. It was not until about 10 years ago that we opened this branch in Banqiao and another branch in Taoyuan.
Today I had a large bowl of half-gluten and half-meat beef noodles, priced at 180.
The portion size really lives up to the name of the store. The moderately thick noodle goes well with the special braised soup. The soup is not heavy in taste, but the mellow spiciness makes people feel very comfortable.
If you like a stronger flavor, there is butter in the sauce bar that you can stir into the soup.
The store's special chili is particularly outstanding. The aroma of the chili and the taste of the soup are perfect. It is definitely worth a try if you are not afraid of spicy food.
After finishing the soup, the store also provided the service of adding soup.
The store has two kinds of soups: braised and clear. When adding soup, you can choose any of them, and you can also ask the store to sprinkle some chopped green onion.
When I add soup, I choose to stew it. The sweet but not greasy soup adjusts the strong taste of the braised soup base and makes people feel relaxed.
The beef and tendons are quite delicious. The meat is large and tender, and the tendons are pliable and smooth. There is also an unlimited supply of winter melon tea for you to taste in the store.
With the amount of noodles, soup refills, and drinks all in one, it’s really not that easy to not be full!
If you pass by the Banqiao area, it is worth coming to taste it.
Of course, it is also very good to eat at the main restaurant in Xinzhuang.
