#三 Gorges
This shaved ice shop near my house is really good.
It’s convenient when the weather is hot and you want to eat ice or tofu pudding
Although this is a chain store
But I’ve also eaten at branches in other places.
That brown sugar is watery and not very fragrant.
The brown sugar here is really strong and fragrant but not overly sweet.
The price seems to be different in each branch.
This comprehensive shaved ice shop is 65, I have eaten at other restaurants for 70
Today we ordered a mixed brown sugar shaved ice with four ingredients
I chose taro balls, brown sugar Q Kueh, barley and vermicelli.
Serve a large plate with plenty of ice and plenty of brown sugar sauce
Take a bite of brown sugar first. It’s really fragrant and delicious.
The ingredient I recommend the most is the brown sugar Q Kueh.
The taste of the rice cake has a hint of brown sugar aroma
Taro balls are just so-so
I can’t taste taro (if I bite with my eyes closed, I might not know I’m eating taro balls)
The cooked barley itself has added sugar.
Fortunately, it's not too sweet, which is acceptable.
The vermicelli is also average, the taste is not very Q
It's just a biting feeling
Overall, I feel that the ingredients are not very outstanding (except for the brown sugar Q Kueh)
However, the ingredient refrigerator area is clean and hygienic, which I think is very good.
The dining area is on the arcade. If the weather is really hot, I might take some food home.
But compared to other stores, the brown sugar at this store is really fragrant.
And you won’t feel thirsty after eating ice cream
I will probably come many more times this summer😆
