After get off work on Friday, I was looking for a restaurant to eat at, and came to this charcoal-roasted bird on Tonghua Street. I booked a reservation directly on Google Maps on the same day. Good luck?
There are not many seats on site, about 20, and it was full when we took our seats. There is only one chef and one service staff on site. It's actually quite tough. Although this restaurant is called Charcoal Roast Bird, it sells both pork, beef and seafood, and it’s not that roasted bird.
Overall, there is a slight difference in the quality of each dish. For example, the roasted pork and chicken are delicious, but the beef and wine-steamed clams are mediocre. But the atmosphere was very good. We ate until after 10 o'clock, and the boss even offered us a glass of sake. After eating, I went home with a satisfied mood. Add one star.
