This store is located on the roadside opposite the zoo. It is a semi-open space.
The dining environment is spacious and clean. This time I ordered 16oz original charcoal grilled shoulder steak $390 and lemon chicken tenders $70.
16oz original charcoal grilled shoulder steak $390
The meat is really big, unlike Taiwanese steaks that have sides.
If you need carbohydrates, you need to order more meal kits.
Maybe the meat is really too big and not evenly cooked.
I ordered medium rare
The actual doneness is about 50% done on the half side.
Increase all the way to 7-minute rare on the other side
5 points, the side needs a little more bite.
7 points is quite tender over there.
The doneness on both sides was acceptable to me, so I didn’t report it to the restaurant.
But if you really care about doneness, I might not recommend ordering such a big piece.
Also available with raw garlic slices, fried garlic slices, raw cucumber and pickled peppers
Pepper and rose salt on the table
Personally, I think garlic slices and rose salt go best together.
Pickled peppers are pretty good too
Maybe the area I ordered is less oily
Cucumber, a more relieving choice, is more common.
Lemon Chicken Tenders $70
Generally, 3 pieces at breakfast restaurants cost about 50.
The price here is 70 for 5 pieces, which is a bit more expensive.
But it’s really fried and crispy.
Overall the restaurant is very spacious
Although the doneness control for chunks may not be as good
But the food portion is definitely worth the price
It is also a restaurant that is perfect for a weekend get-together with friends.
