This "Dian Shu Cuisine" sells a variety of Yunnan specialties and Sichuan-style noodles. It is located near Ximen Station, about a 3-minute walk from Exit 3. It is very special on Taoyuan Street, which is full of wonton noodles. The owner is also from Yunnan. Man, the taste must be authentic enough. I already like hot and sour noodles, so I must give it a try~

Fried hand noodles $70
I couldn't resist my love for wontons, so I ordered fried noodles when I saw they were available. I chose mild spicy, which has a numbing and spicy taste. Although the sauce looks red and spicy, it's actually quite comfortable and not spicy. too intense
I usually eat hot and sour stir-fried noodles so often that I was expecting some sourness, but this part is not there. If you want it to be more sour, you need to add vinegar (I heard the boss told other customers that there is only black vinegar).
There are 5 fried hands. They are not big and can be stuffed into your mouth in one bite. The skin is thicker and the meat filling is less present. The taste is average. Although it is not unpleasant, it is not amazing either.
Another bit of a pity is that the noodles were cooked too soft. If I come back again, I will ask the boss not to cook the noodles for too long, so that the texture will be just right.

Green vegetable, tofu and egg drop soup $40
I didn’t expect that such a heavy-flavored noodle shop would actually sell clear soup. I was worried that I had eaten too little vegetables recently, so I had a bowl to supplement my protein.
Personally, I think the price is quite good for such a portion. The tofu is quite tender and the seasoning is very basic. It’s not very salty. It’s just the original taste of the food. It’s quite suitable to go with salty staple food.

Overall, the noodles and soup are enough for me in my early 100s. I feel full after eating them. I personally think the taste is good, but it is not so delicious that I want to eat another bowl the next day. I will think about it next time. Try other pasta dishes
