The restaurant itself is operated together with the homestay. The first floor is the dining area, mainly offering American and Mexican cuisine. The dining space is very large and spacious, making it quite suitable for coming with a group of friends.
When it comes to the food itself, I personally think it's neither good nor bad, because many ingredients in Lanyu need to be imported by boat, so the food is mainly frozen items. Frozen food doesn’t taste as fresh or delicious when cooked, but when compared to the standards of a typical casual dining place, it still meets expectations. Moreover, there are relatively few opportunities to eat at Western-style restaurants on Lanyu.
As for the drinks, I curiously ordered a bottle of cherry soda, and my friend's impression when we shared it was that it tasted too much like cough syrup. So friends who don't like cough syrup can avoid this drink; I probably won't order it again next time. 😂
