This time, I visited a newly opened tavern and hookah bar. I heard about it through advertisements on various social media platforms, and I thought I'd check out what this new hookah tavern has to offer!

This hookah tavern is located upstairs from a hot pot restaurant and is essentially part of the same business, which is quite convenient. If you've had hot pot for dinner, you can easily continue your night here with a drink and some hookah, enjoying a pleasant evening!

Finding the entrance to this place is a bit challenging. Although there are some signs on the first floor indicating how to go upstairs, once you get there, you'll see a wall filled with various props. You must pull the right lever to enter.

Dickson won't spoil it here, keeping the first-time visit mysterious for everyone!

Upon entering, I noticed it was a spacious little area, much like a typical tavern and hookah bar, overall warm and inviting.

Both the food and drinks here are above average. The food is sourced from nearby businesses, and the bartenders create drinks on-site based on your preferences.

Overall, I think the cocktails are quite good, and the hookah is very smooth.

So, if you're looking for a nice place to enjoy some hookah in Taipei, you should definitely check out this newly opened bar!

Most of the food is delivered from nearby vendors; it's a collaborative effort since the bar doesn't have a kitchen. Given that the hot pot restaurant is right downstairs, their food service is well coordinated with the bar.

I ordered basic chicken wings and truffle fries as snacks to accompany my hookah and drinks. The chicken wings tasted pretty good and were well marinated, which was nice.

As for the truffle fries, they were similar to the fried potato wedges you'd find in a typical tavern. Because this tavern doesn't have its own kitchen, it's best to ask the staff what food is available that day, as the menu may vary!

⭐️Drinks
The drink menu here isn't extensive, offering limited options to choose from. However, on the day I visited, I ordered a couple of drinks, and I found them distinctive and tasty, so I highly recommend the drinks!

For hookah, there are also many flavors and varieties to choose from. When ordering, you can select based on the staff's recommendations or suggestions.

I personally found the hookah very smooth and the flavors excellent, so I was quite pleased with that!

⭐️Atmosphere
When entering the establishment, it felt quite new. The decor is modern and quite refreshing.

The overall space isn't too large, and there are seating areas including a bar section, some small private spaces, and a long table right by the entrance that can seat about six people. Depending on the setting, you might find yourself sharing a table with strangers. If it's just two of you, you might be seated at the bar.

There are also some smaller tables for two to four patrons. Additionally, there is a larger private area that can be reserved for groups.

Overall, the atmosphere and environment are quite pleasant. While simple, the decor is warm and inviting. The space doesn't feel overcrowded or noisy, which I would definitely recommend!

⭐️Service
The staff here is quite friendly, especially when it comes to discussing hookah options, providing detailed explanations of different tobaccos and flavors. They'll enthusiastically recommend what you might like.

So, if you're unsure about trying hookah for the first time, you can feel free to communicate with the staff about what you want.

However, preparing the hookah takes some time, and on that day, it did take a while for mine to be prepared, possibly due to the available number of staff. 😂😂😂

⭐️Pricing
The prices for food, cocktails, or hookah here are quite standard for Taipei—neither too extravagant nor cheaper than other places. However, I think the overall atmosphere and quality of this bar are excellent, so I find the pricing quite reasonable!

⭐️In summary
This is a relatively new tavern and hookah bar! Overall, I feel it's quite good. Whether you're looking to go on a date or hang out with a few friends to enjoy some drinks and hookah, I think it’s a fantastic choice!

Just a note: since the seating and space aren't very large, it's best to make a reservation before visiting!
