Taking a bite, I found the fried pork cutlet to be very crispy, and the meat itself was tender and easy to chew, which suited my taste perfectly. Inside it, there was hot and freshly made scrambled egg, which didn't feel greasy and was reminiscent of the style of fried eggs. Moreover, the combination of rice and sauce was simply wonderful. Eating the small green peas was delightful; I really loved this side dish.
Although the soup was just a small bowl, it turned out to be miso tofu soup, and it warmed me up completely. Finally, I bit into the fried peanut dumpling, which was crunchy yet very soft, oozing with rich peanut sauce.
