1983 Shennong Black Pork Cutlet Rice Bowl
The black pork itself is tender and not too dry, but the outer skin is average. The rice is well-cooked using Chishang rice, it's neither too wet nor too dry and has a nice chewy texture. The side dish of spinach lacks seasoning, and the pickled radish is neither too salty nor too sour, which is quite good. The miso soup is a bit salty and has few ingredients. The dessert is a standard deep-fried peanut mochi.
