# Three Gorges
This restaurant just opened and should have been around for less than six months. Business seems decent whenever I pass by. Today is my first time dining here, around 11:30 AM on a weekend, and there are still half the seats available for indoor dining. By noon, it was full. The space for dining inside is quite spacious, and the distance between tables is comfortable. The restaurant provides high chairs for children, and there are quite a few family groups dining here.
Today's dishes:
Korean spicy pork stir-fried instant noodles 🌟🌟🌟
The seasoning is flavorful, but I was a bit disappointed as the noodles are not Korean instant noodles. The noodles overall are a bit dry, and the meat is sliced pork belly, which is a bit tough. I find this dish to be average.
Fried sweet potato balls with glutinous rice 🌟🌟🌟🌟
Fried very well, not greasy at all. I originally expected it to come with peanut powder, but it mostly had powdered sugar with a small amount of peanut powder. Still, it's quite tasty and doesn’t harden when cooled. The portion size is small.
Karaage chicken curry rice 🌟🌟🌟🌟
This is delicious; the curry is rich and has an adult flavor. It’s slightly spicy, but kids can still finish it with water. The karaage chicken is very good, crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. The portion size is small.
Garlic and spicy salty crispy chicken pasta 🌟🌟🌟🌟
This is quite a unique combination. The salty crispy chicken is tasty, and the texture of the noodles is also good. The garlic flavor pairs very well. This dish is milder than the curry and has a slightly larger portion.
Overall, the dining experience is quite good, and the lack of oily smoke in the restaurant is excellent. It is semi-self-service, requiring customers to pick up food and return plates themselves. It’s not exactly a place for atmosphere, but the dining environment is comfortable. I would visit again.
