[Four stars: overall highly recommended and will come again]
Everyone says that Hsinchu is a food desert, but I think the roses in the desert are particularly beautiful♡ ̖́-
Although there are not many stores, the ones I have visited so far are all of high quality👍🏻
This is a quality shop. Although it is located in a very narrow alley, I didn’t know there was a cafe here unless I walked in (it’s so narrow that even a car can’t drive in).
But almost all local Hsinchu people know this store and it is very easy to fill up!
We arrived at around 3:30 that afternoon. Only a group of empty tables that arrived at just the right dining time allowed us to dine. The rest of the seats were full ᵕ᷄≀ ̠˘᷅
As for the items I originally wanted to eat, there are only a few room-temperature breads and cakes left, and the last cake is shining in the cabinet.
The pistachio flavor is my favorite. The size is just right for sharing with friends.
Low consumption is limited to one drink per person

𓌉𓇋 3.5-inch Pistachio Cherry Cream Cake $700
·I originally thought it looked like a cake cabinet, but it turned out to be very ceremonial when it was delivered to the table, with plates and fresh fruits.
Moist cake body paired with not-sweet fresh cream
What I like most is its protagonist, which has a very strong pistachio flavor.
I never thought I could be so compatible with cherries. I think I could eat one...
𖠚ᐝAomori Apple Ice American Style $150
·Coffee with a fruity aroma. The apple flavor in this cup is faintly present. I feel that it mainly comes from the sweetness in the back of the neck. It goes well with desserts.
𖠚ᐝ Earl Gray Tea (less sugar) $150
·It’s just an ordinary tea with an elegant flavor. You can choose the sweetness, which is quite considerate.
