Intro Kitchen

Intro Kitchen is a very innovative British-style brunch restaurant. It is located in the new residential building area behind the Shilin District Administrative Center. The interior is neat and modern. It is full of people during weekend dining time. We entered at about 2pm. Basically, there is no need to wait for a table at this time, you can sit directly.

The seating area has a bar, tables for 2 people, tables for 4 people, and a sofa area. This is a great place for friends or a date to have brunch and chat. Although there will be voices in the store, I don’t think it will be too noisy. Overall The dining environment is still very comfortable.

INTRO Beef Burger $480

The most impressive meal of this meal. The hamburger steak made from American CHOICE shoulder meat is very thick and soft, and the bun used for the burger is grilled separately. The surface is very oily and has a beautiful golden color. The BBQ grilled beef soup is absorbed into the inside of the bun. It's quite pleasant to bite into. The beef itself is about 70% cooked, and it doesn’t feel too tough or old. You can feel the juicy beef juice in every bite. I highly recommend it! There is also a plate of spicy pickled cucumbers next to it. It tastes really spicy. I need a whole glass of water to eat one piece 🤣

This dish is also better than expected. The presentation is very beautiful. There are more slices of salmon than expected, about 8 slices. They are rolled around the white plate and garnished with avocado, tomatoes and other condiments. , the salmon is bright red in color and tastes fresh and sweet. Homemade muffins taste a bit like cakes, but the Ricotta cheese on top is delicious. The amount of lettuce is not much, but it is not the beautiful lettuce that is often eaten. The taste is fresh and tender. Overall, the salmon has a lot of points, but the whole plate is also rated well!

Today’s soup is pumpkin soup. Although the soup looks a bit expensive, it’s actually super worth it! The portion size of the soup is about 2 people. The aroma of pumpkin is very rich. The soup tastes very rich, but it is not too thick to be too greasy. It just reaches a very appetizing concentration. The fried basil slices in the middle were the finishing touch. It tasted very much like the fried nine-layer pagoda of Taiwanese salted crispy chicken (a compliment). It was crispy and fragrant. I was pleasantly surprised by the unexpected combination of drinking it with the pumpkin soup.

Scrambled eggs $120

This is a single order that can be added to the main meal. If you want to try their scrambled eggs, the clerk will ask you whether you want them to be cooked or half-cooked. I chose half-cooked. They taste super smooth and delicious! And the whole plate is full. The egg liquid is added to the cream and stir-fried. It blends together and makes it soft and tender. It's really great.

For their bread, you can choose sourdough bread, English muffins or burnt butter scones. Since smoked salmon already comes with muffins, I am not interested in scones, so I tried their sourdough bread. If you order a la carte, it is 2 slices per plate. The bread tastes pretty good, just like the texture of ordinary sourdough bread. The apple cinnamon butter spread is delicious, and there is a lot of it, so you don’t have to worry about not having enough cinnamon. The sauce is not too heavy with cinnamon It has a strong taste, so it should be acceptable to people who are afraid of eating cinnamon.

I also ordered their Costa Rica iced hand-brewed coffee, which is super lightly honey-processed. It tastes pretty good and you can taste the floral and fruity aroma. Although it is not amazing, it is still a very qualified hand-brewed coffee. .

The overall dining experience this time was pretty good. They also offer a wine list. They also seem to have a limited menu on Sundays: rib eye steak/pork chop meal. In addition, my sister also recommended their confit duck breast. I feel like there are many more. The food and drinks are worth trying. I will look forward to my next visit!

Costa Rica's iced hand-brewed coffee is processed with super light honey. It tastes pretty good. You can taste the floral and fruity aroma. Although it is not amazing, it is still a very qualified hand-brewed coffee.

在IG的美食部落客那邊看到了這家餐廳在假日的時候最好訂位🪑..不然不容易有位置! 好險線上就可以訂位 所以還不算困難~ 餐廳的外觀很清新 是平常看到我也會好奇的店 進去的氛圍感不錯.. 但是個人覺得有點過於吵雜.. 如果想要跟朋友安靜聊天 會比較難一點點! 餐點部分~我們今天只點了兩份餐~ ❤️鮮蝦青醬圓茄🍆 這道菜的外觀其實還不錯,但是份量有點小!兩塊🍞麵包烤的香脆~吃起來的口感很不錯! 但是我以為他們特別寫了青醬,所以青醬的份量應該可以足以沾麵包..沒想到是只有在茄子上!茄子的上面用起司🧀️一起下去烤~所以得趁熱吃..不然起司容易變硬! 但是烤的很不錯~不會太軟覺得噁心!反而和起司配合的不錯!蝦子🦐的份量很少..就是三隻蝦子並在上面加了一點蝦卵~吃不太出來口感! 但是蝦子很新鮮~也有入味! ❤️荷蘭鐵鍋鬆餅🥞 我在不同的餐廳也點過這道鬆餅,當時就覺得什麼東西都沒有…感覺就在吃一塊鬆餅粉的東西!這家的原味鐵鍋鬆餅也差不多..但是會問要不要加冰淇淋🍦 所以還能吃到那麼一點點的不同!但是我還是不太願意再點一次! 基本我是不會再去一次…感覺其實沒有多吸引我再去嘗試的力量…如果是想聊天喝下午茶也會選擇比較安靜的地方!但是店內有賣酒~或許會有人有興趣去試試看!
