🚩 New brand of beef noodles under the Four Seas Dragon, promising future 🍜

📍 Location and Transportation: Niu Yuan Qian Kun is located in the Xindian area of New Taipei City, between the Qizhang Station and Dapinglin Station of the MRT, about a 7-minute walk. There is a bus stop right in front of the store, but parking is inconvenient.

🏠 Space: Opening in July 2024, the decor is bright and the space is tidy, with 44 seats in the store. The distance between tables and chairs is quite close. There are plenty of seats available during weekday dinner hours. Orders are taken at the counter for self-service pickup and self-recycling.

💰 Ordering and Payment: You can order at the counter or scan the QR code on the table (cash or Linepay for counter payment), invoices are provided ✔️. No service charge 🈚.

🍽️ Dishes:
Clear broth half tendon half meat beef noodles (thin noodles): The clear broth is refreshing without being overly salty, the beef tendon is super soft and melts in your mouth, there are 4-5 small pieces of meat, and the carrots are also cooked very soft. Personally, I think it’s quite good, although the thin noodles are a bit too soft for my taste; I'll try the wide noodles next time. The portion size is standard.
Classic seasonal vegetables: Cool sweet corn, drizzled with sesame sauce, tastes sweet.
Drink Bar: There are three drinks to choose from
Soy milk: a bit too sweet, black tea: mildly sweet, lemon water: sugar-free
Drinks are only available for dine-in, and for free drinks, it shows great sincerity, thumbs up.

💭 Summary:
For a newly opened store, the performance is quite good. The pricing is moderate, not too expensive and not too cheap. The space is clean and comfortable, and the staff are friendly. I will come again.
