There are seats by the roadside where you can enjoy snacks. The noodle soup comes in a mix of flavors, allowing you to try oysters, large intestines, and meatball soup all at once, or you can choose a single flavor. The noodles are quite tasty, made soft and tender, and I personally prefer noodles that are very soft.
I really like the stinky tofu; the outer layer isn't fried too hard, and the inside is soft and juicy. If you enjoy soft stinky tofu, I highly recommend it. The pickled cabbage is somewhat sweet, but it pairs nicely with the stinky tofu.
I highly recommend that those who love spicy food try the shop’s special chili sauce, but be warned — it is very spicy. I suggest starting with a little to test how much heat you can handle, and if you want it spicier, you can add more. Whether paired with noodles or stinky tofu, it tastes great and has a lot of flavor, which is considered a specialty of this shop.
