It's rare to have the opportunity to eat vegetarian Vietnamese cuisine. The owner noticed me looking at the menu and enthusiastically introduced me to the dishes. I ordered the stir-fried rice with Chinese toon and fried wheat gluten. The stir-fried rice was very fragrant, but I found the flavor quite light and a bit oily. However, it was still acceptable.👌
I saw many people recommend the fried wheat gluten, and it really was crispy, combined with a sweet and sour sauce and lemon, I thought it was delicious. Interestingly, it wasn't as greasy as typical fried foods, and overall, the texture was very refreshing.
When I got home and read the reviews, I found that many people were raving about the coconut curry. It looked very appetizing, so I'll have to try it next time! 😚
