Today I want to share a traditional noodle shop hidden on Section 2 of Qingnian Road in Fengshan, a place cherished by the locals. The decor isn't anything special, but it embodies the charm of simplicity that carries a lot of flavor!

As soon as it arrives at the table, you can smell the fragrant aroma of fried shallots wafting through the air. The noodles are a bit chewy yellow noodles, with a simple sauce topped with a generous amount of fried shallots, minced meat, and chives. After mixing it all together, each bite is filled with rich traditional flavor. The serving size is also quite generous; a big bowl will leave you extremely satisfied!

Braised Delicacies: Tofu Pouch, Noodle Sausage

The tofu pouch is well-marinated, with a chewy texture that isn't overly salty, soaking up the fragrant braising sauce.
The noodle sausage is my personal favorite—soft yet chewy, it has a sweet aroma that brings a sense of nostalgia; the more you chew, the more delicious it gets!
