First of all, the meat soup is chewy, not the kind of meat soup that is full of fish paste. The flower branch soup has flower branches in it, and the texture is rich in layers. The squid tastes crispy and is quite big. The length of the above three items is about 8 cm. It's a pity that there is no fish cake QQ. I personally like the crispy texture of the fish cake while soaking up the soup.
As for the soup, it’s just an ordinary soup. The main flavor is still sand tea, with a little coriander flavor, and the saltiness is moderate (for a soup). There’s nothing special about it, but you can add chili, but I didn’t do it this time. You can try it next time.
For a bowl of mixed soup that costs NT$90, I personally think the ingredients are a bit lacking, but that’s right for Taipei City...
There are only about ten seats in the store, so if there are many people ordering, you have to wait for about 10 minutes.
Overall, it's pretty good, with no special memory points.
