"After work! Went out to explore and find food, and found an old shop's meat thick noodle soup, which is quite different from what I imagined QQ." by Younger Brother
<About the dining experience 🥣>
His meat thick noodle soup is completely free of excessive cornstarch use, and the broth is clear and has a slightly light flavor. It's completely different from the flavor I had back in my hometown (Yilan), but it's delicious! The noodles are thinner and more oily, making them easy to finish in an instant—quite surprising.
<About the shop's decor and environment 🐾>
The shop's environment is very old-fashioned but has a nostalgic feel, as if returning to the 1960s. After ordering, the owner feels like a caring mother—after cooking the noodles, she quietly sits nearby doing other things. The dining tables are very spacious, but there’s only an electric fan inside, so it can get a bit warm while dining (I was sweating a lot while eating inside). However, the condiments are limited, only soy sauce and homemade spicy bean paste.
