Fengshan District has some pretty good afternoon tea options, with meal combos that include drinks and shumai. It's just right for office afternoon tea, as it’s not too burdensome and can curb hunger.
The shumai itself isn’t the freshly made or professional-grade type, but it performs well for afternoon tea, and it's a nice bonus to snack on a few when you're feeling peckish.
I highly recommend the soup dumplings; they really burst with juice. You need to be careful when biting into them, or the soup will spray out.
The drinks are also decent. I ordered unsweetened barley tea, which is not sweet and has a slight bitterness. It feels especially refreshing and thirst-quenching during hot weather.
