I went to a trendy shop in Tenroku✨
It's called "the FRONT" and it's located right by the Tenjinbashi Rokuchome Station🚃
Here's a brief introduction to the shop⬇️
On the first floor, you can enjoy a course meal in a space filled with quiet lights and music, creating a soft atmosphere 🍸. The second floor offers a standing drinking style neosakaba, where you can relax and enjoy without any formalities 🍻. It's a place where the food, space, and music all harmonize; please spend a special night here 🌃.
I had an a la carte menu on the second floor in a standing drinking style✨. The presence of power outlets was a huge plus🔌.
The drinks were:
Kita no Kajitsu Kobo Apple Juice🍎 - 600 yen
Draft Beer🍺 - 700 yen
Nose Ginger Ale🫚 - 500 yen
The FRONT Original Mixed Juice🍹 - 600 yen
The mixed juice was elegant and delicious with fruit pulp in it🍹.
Each item's menu, recommended with confidence by the FRONT, features luxurious dishes centered on wagyu beef, all crafted to maximize the flavor of the meat. If you're unsure, start with these—you can't go wrong with a few dishes delivered with care from the chef✨.
Shungiku Mountain⛰️ - 500 yen
This is the shop’s recommended dish🌱. The generous amount of shungiku (garland chrysanthemum) was mixed with salt and dressing, enhancing its delightful flavor and making it delicious🌱. Squeezing the accompanying orange over it added a nice sweetness and acidity, making it even tastier🍊. It was so delicious that I finished it in no time🥰.
Since the shop focuses on wagyu, I also tried some wagyu dishes🐮.
Wagyu Negi Taku Spring Rolls🐮 - 1,280 yen
The beautiful wagyu and negi (green onion) looked stunning🐮✨. The meat was rich and tender🐮, while the negi was crispy. The takuan (pickled daikon) was crunchy and delicious🥰. It had great volume and was satisfying to eat😆.
Wagyu Rare Cutlet - Sunset Rouge -🐮 - 1,980 yen
This dish featured a rare cutlet of wagyu and a cheese cutlet with shiso leaves🐮🧀. The rare cutlet was rich and melted in your mouth🐮, and the cheese cutlet had a strong cheesy flavor that also melted🧀. It was tasty on its own, and I enjoyed pairing it with wasabi, black pepper, and orange🐮.
Porcini Cream Pasta🍝🍄🟫 - 1,500 yen
The noodles were chewy and satisfying, with a great porcini flavor; the cream was delicious and it tasted amazing🍄🟫. There was a generous amount of porcini, making it very tasty🍄🟫.
NANIWA Shake🍨 - 580 yen
It had vanilla ice cream topped with fruit puree, making it rich and delicious like mixed juice🍹.
Super Rich! Basque Cheesecake🧀 - 700 yen
It was incredibly rich and creamy, with a great cheese flavor that made it delicious.
Since you can customize the ajillo and pasta, I think I want to try customizations next time🥰.
