🔹 Shrimp Noodle Soup $60
It’s a bit on the sweet side; you can add vinegar to adjust the taste. Although prices have increased slightly compared to before, the ingredients have not shrunk!
🔸 Fish Fillet Soup $55
The broth used to be dark-colored; the satay sauce should probably have been cooked together, but now they just put the satay sauce on top of the basil. It feels like the flavor is lacking, and it tastes similar to other soups.
🔹 Hong Kong-style Crispy Stinky Tofu $55
The skin is crispy and tasty, but I preferred the previous type of Taiwanese pickled vegetables that weren't spicy or sweet; I'm not used to this kind of red pickled vegetable.
🔸 Blanched Vegetables $30
