Jing Cuisine Cooking Family is located on Zhongpo South Road next to Houshanpi MRT Station. Next door is Jingchuan House, which I personally think is a bit subtle.

The price of the beef noodles in the store is a bit high, and I just had a bad experience at Kyokawaya not long ago, so I chose a more conservatively priced dish.

What I enjoyed today was Xiang Q pig knuckle noodles, priced at 170 yuan.

Xiang Q Pork Knuckle Noodles:
Choose thin ramen noodles and a large bowl.
Thin ramen is a very versatile choice. It goes well with the soup and has a very chewy texture.
The amount of vegetables in the noodles is quite rich, and the large and tender cabbage leaves taste quite sweet.

The pig's trotters are very thick, and the rich gelatin brings out an extremely fragrant taste, which complements the chewy texture.
Of course, the old problem with pig's feet is that as long as the pig's feet are not boneless, there will definitely be parts that cannot be chewed...

Overall, the meat and noodles of Xiang Q Pork Knuckle Noodles taste quite satisfying, and the price is reasonable.
I will want to find time to try the store's steamed items, and the beef noodles are also exciting.
