"Sesame Open" is a restaurant established by a Japanese person in Hualien for a long time.

The Japanese-style set meal offers generous portions! The fried items include squid balls, fried chicken, fish, and broccoli, which are well-fried and not too greasy, with a thin batter. The sashimi is thick with four pieces, and the miso soup has plenty of onions. It’s great for those who are indecisive and want to try everything.

The restaurant provides free self-serve lemon water and slightly sweet barley fragrant black tea, which is strong and delicious.

The fried pork cutlet set meal is very tasty, with the bean sprouts sauce being slightly sour and the pork cutlet sauce having a bit of acidity, making it quite refreshing.

On the entire glass wall, there are many signatures, including those from food programs and visitors! Unfortunately, the furniture is quite old and has some damage, patched up with plastic wrap in different colors as a temporary fix.
