This store is located on Nankan Road, right in the heart of the Nankan food scene. There are limited seats inside, so most people take out their food. If you want to enjoy freshly cooked dumplings, you might have to wait a little bit. 😁

The main offerings in the store include steamed dumplings, potstickers, scallion pancakes, and rolled pancakes, focusing on these types of noodle dishes. The steamed dumplings are made in the same way as the potstickers, with a chewy and resilient dumpling skin and tasty fillings that don’t even require dipping sauce to be flavorful. 😋

Chive Steamed Dumplings (5 pieces for 70 TWD):

The chive flavor is excellent 👍 but since they are handmade, the amount of filling may vary. Steaming makes it lighter, allowing you to enjoy the original taste of the food.

Signature Potstickers (5 pieces for 55 TWD):

The pan-fried skin is super crispy 🤩 and cooked just right. The signature filling is loaded with the aroma of scallions and has a nice crunch and sweetness from the cabbage. 👍

To sum up:

Although the potstickers are pan-fried, they are steamed first, causing some of the juices to be lost, and the steamed dumplings are made in the same style as the potstickers, so they share the same issue. It's a bit disappointing. 😂

Personally, I feel that a potsticker costing over ten TWD is somewhat on the higher side. 😀 However, given the rising costs everywhere, perhaps this price reflects the expenses. ☺️
