I have been eating it for at least 5.6 years, and it is definitely one of the top three pan-fried buns in Taipei City. There are usually about 5-10 people queuing up, and the queue lasts about 3 minutes.
The taste of fresh meat is my favorite. The gravy bursts in the mouth, which gives me great satisfaction. Paired with the fresh and sweet green onions, it is a perfect combination. The skin on the bottom is also fried just right, and the crispy bottom is paired with the fresh meat. and the crust on top, a perfect trio, definitely worth a return visit! !
