I was just shopping nearby with a friend and felt hungry…
Then we saw this restaurant 🍴
This area happens to be a popular spot for many people to drink 🍺 and chat after work!
So there are usually people drinking and eating in every restaurant~
When we went in, there were only a few seats left.
The waiter warmly welcomed us and seated us…
We ordered using the iPad on the table~ You can choose to order in English, and just swipe your card to pay online!
Today we ordered:
❤️ Pork offal soup
There was quite a lot of pork offal, and it was fairly rich. You could taste the pig stomach, pork, and pig intestines, with a mix of crunchy and soft textures. Paired with the white rice they provided, it was like having a bowl of hot soup with rice on a cold day 🥣, which I personally liked a lot!
❤️ Grilled meat slices
The grilled meat slices could use some improvement; I felt they were a bit too dry and hard. Although the flavor was strong, it was somewhat like jerky. Maybe people here are used to slowly chewing to pair with drinks, but I expected it to be more like the grilled meat slices in Taiwan, so I was a bit disappointed!
Overall, it’s a restaurant to consider if you’re passing by and want a bowl of hot soup. However, this area felt a bit chaotic; while dining inside, I was hit on by a guy at the next table, which felt a bit disgusting 🤮. If you're looking for a comfortable and safe dining environment… you might want to think twice!
