However, even though the sushi bar at 8 o'clock was past dinner time, the table was still full. I had to wait for about 15 minutes to be seated. I was hungry and ordered the first round: belly tuna🍣, mackerel, chawanmushi, miso eggplant, and conger eel. When it comes to nigiri sushi, the meal comes very quickly, but the freshness and sweetness of the fish, the seasoning, the presentation, and the solid feel of the sushi rice are not overwhelming.
