The environment is that of a more upscale Western restaurant, and the staff is very friendly. After we arrived at our reserved seats, they assisted us in ordering drinks. That day, we ordered pies and Argentine steak. For the pies, we ordered beef and chicken, but personally, I prefer the beef, as it has a richer flavor, while the chicken is rather bland. As for the Argentine steak, we ordered one medium-rare and one medium-well; if possible, I would recommend the medium-rare because the dish is served on a hot iron plate, which continues to cook the steak, potentially making it overcooked. Speaking of the beef, the edges are extremely crispy and incredibly delicious, a perfect 10. Additionally, the beef comes with a variety of different spices and sauces, which is a great bonus. The bread, which is sourdough, is complimentary and very tasty.
