Argentina is famous for its fine wine🍷 and meat in the food industry
Moreover, the food culture is also influenced by Spain and Italy.
Therefore, many traditional Argentinian dishes are modified by introducing Spanish and Italian dishes!
Gradually it evolved into a new style of cuisine unique to Argentina...

The restaurant we visited this time is an authentic Argentinian restaurant
You can actually feel the local customs as soon as you arrive at the door.
The clerk is very enthusiastic and has a complete Central and South American style.
I worked very hard to order food using my jerky English mixed with Spanish.

❤️ Empanada
This snack is so common that when you walk on the road, you can see small shops on the roadside selling this cheap and delicious snack.
Empanada originally originated from northern Argentina and looks like a big dumpling! But it’s actually a pie filled with meat fillings!
There are many types of meat fillings. In addition to the must-eat beef and lamb in Argentina, common ones include pork, chicken, onion cheese, vegetarian fillings, etc.! Today we ordered beef and vegetables!
Although the beef empanada in this restaurant does not have any gravy, it is still a piece of meat, not minced meat! The taste is very good!

This meal is mainly influenced by Italian food and has become a classic Argentinian fried pork chop. It can be regarded as one of the most common dishes in Argentina! Generally speaking, beef and chicken are more commonly used in this dish. Usually the steak will be cut into thin pieces and then dipped in fried powder and half-fried and half-fried ~ In fact, it can be served to the table. Just like what we are doing This restaurant has the same order! It tastes very fragrant. It’s delicious with a little lemon or the salsa they provide~ But many other restaurants also use different ingredients to create a variety of flavors.
This is my favorite dish today. I originally thought that the cutlet would be very dry and hard. But I didn’t expect that the fragrant outer skin is covered with tender and juicy cutlet!

There are also a lot of pizzas in Argentina...I think it’s probably because of the abundance of cheese! The pizza here has thin crust and thick cheese. As long as everything is done, you can definitely hear the crispy sound of the crust being cut and the visual effect of the cheese being stretched! The pizza in this restaurant has a completely authentic taste. The cheese is rich and not too salty. There are also some olives 🫒 and other ingredients to balance out the overall taste ~ It's even better than what I had at a pizza specialty store in Argentina before!

❤️Pumpkin/Potato Mashed
This recipe is just ordinary pumpkin and potatoes 🥔 steamed and then taken out and beaten into a very fine puree! Because of the local climate, this kind of agricultural products can be grown with great quality. The sweetness and delicateness of the pumpkin puree made me accidentally eat too much.

Overall, I highly recommend this restaurant! But compared to the other Argentinian restaurant I introduced last time... I still think the empanada of another restaurant is slightly better! And actually that store is right next door to this one~

位於基督城的El Quincho - Argentine BBQ,是一家充滿南美風情的燒烤餐廳,主打正宗阿根廷烤肉。這次點了Quincho Parrillada 套餐,可以一次享受到多種不同的肉類,包括牛肉、豬肉、雞肉等,燒烤香氣十足,每一口都充滿炭火烘烤的獨特風味。搭配的Halloumi 沙拉清爽解膩,奶香濃郁又不失輕盈,剛好平衡了肉類的豐富口感。 整體來說,這套餐份量十足,肉質鮮嫩多汁,讓人吃得相當滿足。店內氛圍熱情,帶有濃郁的阿根廷特色,是肉食愛好者不可錯過的好地方。

來到阿根廷一定要試試看當地的烤肉一方面是台灣至少我還沒看過有人烤乳豬可以烤到這麼浩大的! 另外一方面是這是當地非常有名的特色餐! 而且這裡的佔地面積也是不得了.. 還有好大一塊區域是給客人停車的 在外面就覺得好像要進去馬戲團一樣… 進去後就能看到非常多的座位! 還有一排一排的烤乳豬 和強強的火焰🔥 甚至還有小丑在賣氣球🎈 我個人是覺得很新鮮有趣~還沒吃到東西大概已經先給到三顆星了! 我也大致把名菜也點了一輪.. ❤️內臟綜合盤 雖然說是內臟綜合盤 其實是我們自己告訴店員我們喜歡哪些內臟!他們都可以幫忙搭配成自己喜歡的組合,之前我曾經在韓國的時候嘗試過血腸,當時覺得腥味很重,完全無法接受!但是這裡的完全不會..吃起來有點像我們的大腸..但是經過了燻烤..增添了許多不同的風味!腎臟吃起來也很有嚼勁但不會太硬! ❤️烤牛肋排 烤牛肉的油脂非常豐富,如果很怕油的最好把油的部分先切掉,不然一入口滿嘴油味應該會有點嚇到!但是肉質也是燻烤的非常香! ❤️烤豬肉 這一道是讓我最為驚訝的!本來以為這樣烤了以後會變得乾乾硬硬的..沒想到皮脆肉軟!而且非常多汁好吃!每一塊肉都可以輕鬆撕開來..再搭配上他們獨特調配的醬料,更能夠提升肉質的鮮甜!這大概是全部裡面我最最喜歡的一道了! ❤️沙拉 這邊的沙拉有蛋和甜菜根就非常加分..這邊沙拉不會像台灣一樣加很多凱撒醬之類的!多半都是醋和橄欖油下去攪拌一下就可以吃了~完全健康天然! 我個人認為這家餐廳算是推薦的!在其他地方其實不容易吃到像這樣道地的烤肉..不過如果沒有開車的話確實是比較難找到這個地方來!我倒是建議可以搭個計程車~這邊搭車非常便宜喔!

為了這家餐廳 我特別請了後台為我新增..阿根廷菜畢竟這麼道地這麼好吃的阿根廷菜..真的讓我回味無窮! 首先一進門 店員就很熱情的招待我們.. 先上來的麵包也是熱熱的 配上了他們自己調的橄欖油加香料! 隨後點餐~我們點了超級經典的幾道阿根廷菜! ❤️Enpalada 我在照片下面特別標註了每道菜的名字..應該很方便能看到是哪一份餐點! 這道雖然在智利也有..但是目前是所有Enpalada中 我吃到最最好吃的一次!外層酥脆 內餡是帶汁的肉塊!很多外面賣的多半都會是碎肉..然後鹹味比較重一點 沒辦法吃到太多肉香!但是這家店的超級好吃..一邊切下去還會有肉汁流出..重點是調味超級好..很容易一口接一口完全停不下來! ❤️ Mondongo 這一道就必須是敢吃內臟的人才會比較適合點來吃!因為裡面是很多的牛肚和一些這邊的大豆、紅蘿蔔下去一起熬著的!蔬菜熬煮出來的甜味 加上牛肚整個被煮的軟卻依然保持者Q彈!我完全被這道餐點折服! ❤️ Garbonada 這道在美國的時候我也曾經吃過..是用很多的番茄、香料和各種豆子還有很多的玉米下去煮的! 這道比較像是番茄蔬菜湯的那種感覺..但是湯不多 主要是一道菜點!多半都拿來配著麵包一起吃~! 我也很喜歡這道 算是三個裡面 番茄味道比較濃郁一點的! ❤️ locro 這道是我朋友最喜歡的一道..但我個人覺得吃起來很像非常非常濃郁的玉米濃湯! 少了蛋的味道再多加了很多豆子!其實光吃這樣一道吃完就超級飽的了 ❤️紅酒 這瓶紅酒我很推薦..如果不算常常喝紅酒的話 這是一個很順口 不會太澀的口感..可以記得這個牌子! 大多他們的紅酒都是很容易入口的!我自己常常不小心喝完一整瓶.. 整體而言我大推~~希望大家有來阿根廷一定要來好好品嚐一下這邊的好菜色! 共同享受異國風情!
