For this restaurant, I specially asked the backend to add...Argentinian dishes for me
After all, such authentic and delicious Argentinian food really makes me have endless aftertaste!
First of all, the clerk greeted us warmly as soon as we entered the door.
The bread that came first was also hot, with their own olive oil and spices!
Then we ordered food~ We ordered some super classic Argentinian dishes!
❤️Enpalada
I have marked the name of each dish below the photo. It should be easy to see which meal it is! Although this dish is also available in Chile, it is by far the most delicious of all the enpaladas I have ever tasted! Crispy on the outside and juicy meat filling on the inside! Most of the ones sold outside are minced meat...and the saltiness is a little stronger, so you can't get too much meaty flavor! But the food in this store is super delicious. When you cut it, the juice will flow out. The key point is that the seasoning is super good. It’s easy to take one bite after another and not stop eating!

❤️Mondongo
This dish must be ordered by those who dare to eat offal! Because it contains a lot of tripe and some soybeans and carrots cooked here! The sweetness from the boiled vegetables and the cooked tripe make it soft but still maintain its elasticity! I am totally blown away by this meal!

❤️ Garbonada
I also had this dish when I was in the United States. It was cooked with a lot of tomatoes, spices, various beans, and a lot of corn! This dish feels more like tomato and vegetable soup...but there isn't much soup. It's mainly a dish! Most of them are eaten with bread~! I also like this dish very much. It has a richer tomato flavor among the three!

This is my friend's favorite... but personally I think it tastes like a very, very rich corn chowder! It lacks the egg flavor and adds a lot of beans! In fact, just eating this one dish will make you feel super full.

❤️Red wine
I highly recommend this bottle of red wine. If you don’t drink red wine often, it has a very smooth and not too astringent taste. You can remember this brand! Most of their red wines are easy to drink! I often accidentally drink an entire bottle...
