The homemade salted lemons at Lan Fang Yuan are very economical, as they can be used to make up to twenty cups of salted lemon tea, and are worth trying. The traditional pineapple bun has a crispy outer layer, while the custard French toast is rich in filling, and the silk stocking milk tea is average.
The Hong Kong-style atmosphere is strong and comfortable, and although you need to climb a slope to get there, the table turnover rate is fast.
The on-site foot traffic is quite large, but the takeout speed is very fast.

This is the main store of 【Lan Fang Garden】 in Central, Hong Kong.
I specially came to buy their homemade salted lemons.
Each bottle costs 48 Hong Kong dollars and contains five pieces!
One salted lemon can be used to make four cups of salted lemon drink,
which means one bottle can make about twenty cups,
much more economical than buying a salted lemon drink on-site (which is 30 Hong Kong dollars per cup), haha.
There were quite a few people there, but if you're just getting takeout, the service is very fast.
If you happen to be passing through Central, I highly recommend getting a jar to take home and enjoy slowly!
