The first time I learned about Sunbay was during a meeting in Neihu when a client ordered the Golden Crow Black Milk Cap for us to drink! The moment I took a sip, I was amazed 😆😆 I didn’t know Taiwan had such amazing milk caps.

This time I came to the area near Ximen Station and was happy to find Sunbay there too, so I ordered the Black Milk Cap to drink.

In conclusion, I feel that the Sunbay in Ximen is quite ordinary, and the staff’s attitude is somewhat below average (I overheard another customer asking about their drink, and the reply was a bit impatient 🙁).

Plus, there might have been a staffing issue that day, as many people were waiting. From the time I ordered to when I received my drink, I waited over 10 minutes. Next time, I would still choose to go to the Sunbay in Neihu!

🐲 Red Dragon Black Milk Cap ($70) with 30% sugar and 30% ice:
The Black Milk Cap has a layer of brown sugar powder on top of the milk cap.
The base tea is Red Dragon Tea, described as honey-scented black tea and red oolong.

To be honest, I was quite disappointed with this drink. The milk cap did not have the creamy and rich milky aroma that I experienced the first time, and the tea flavor was also very faint. The combination of the two didn't feel harmonious, but if there’s a next time, I would still like to order the Golden Crow Black Milk Cap!
