Every time I go to Lugang Old Street, I pass by this fried chicken shop.
Each time, I see a long line of customers.
So this time, I couldn't resist and decided to try out the flavors.

This time I ordered:
⭐️ Chicken Wings 💰 25 TWD each
The chicken skin was very crispy,
and the meat didn’t seem to be marinated, tasting just like the original flavor of the meat.
However, it's still worth a try.

⭐️ Sweet Potato Fries with Plum Powder 💰 50 TWD for a large size
The sweet potatoes are cut thick, fried to a crispy outer layer, but soft and fluffy on the inside.
Paired with plum powder, it has a sweet and sour taste.
Even when they cool down, they still taste great!
I really think this is the signature dish of the shop.

On the day I queued, there were about 6-7 customers ahead of me.
We waited less than 10 minutes to make our purchase.
Although it looked like a long line, the staff worked quite quickly.

In conclusion,
if you visit Lugang, don’t fill up on snacks first.
Make some room for sweet potato fries with plum powder; it's definitely worth considering!
