I went to a delicious restaurant in Umeda that serves sake, seafood, and meat. 🐟
The restaurant is called Saketomo Hanabi, and it is located on the basement level of DD House, just a short walk from Hankyu Osaka Station in Umeda. 🚃
It has a calm atmosphere with table seating, semi-private rooms, and private rooms, and we chose a semi-private seating area. ✨
For drinks, we ordered:

I didn't order this time, but they have a huge selection of sake (more than 50 kinds available!) that I highly recommend to sake lovers. 🍶

The kinpira gobo 🔥 was crunchy with lotus root and burdock, and the flavor was spicy and delicious! ✨
The sashimi platter of 5 varieties topped with sea urchin and salmon roe (minimum of 2 items) 🐟 was beautifully arranged on a tiered plate. ✨
It included salmon 🐟, tuna 🐟, yellowtail 🐟, bonito 🐟, and snapper, all garnished with sea urchin and salmon roe, making it luxurious. The sashimi was cut thick, providing a satisfying bite, and it was extremely delicious when paired with the sea urchin and salmon roe. 🥰
The assorted meat sushi (5 pieces) 🍣 featured freshly grilled, juicy meat that tasted amazing! 🐮🔥 The rice and lemon paired perfectly. 🍋
The salmon belly with salmon roe and grated daikon 🐟 had a generous amount of fatty salmon belly topped with plenty of salmon roe and grated daikon. ✨ The richness of the fat, the refreshing grated daikon, and the dense salmon roe created a delightful flavor. 🥰
The sea urchin sushi 🍙 was a large rice ball topped with sea urchin and salmon roe. 🍙 Both the sea urchin and roe had great flavor, making it incredibly delicious. It was an extravagant rice ball. 🍙
The seafood tempura platter 🍤 included shrimp 🍤, octopus 🐙, squid 🦑, and white fish 🐟.🔥
The shrimp 🍤 were crispy on the outside and incredibly firm and juicy on the inside, making them delicious. 🦐
The octopus 🐙 was firm and tasty. 🐙
The squid 🦑 had a nice crunchy texture and was also delicious. 🦑
The white fish 🐟, which I believe was sea bream, was fluffy and tasty. 🐟
The fried chicken cartilage 🍗 was crunchy and consistently delicious. 🐔 I kept popping them in my mouth. 🍗
All the dishes seemed perfect to complement the drinks, and everything was delicious! 😍
The speed of service was also appealing. 😆 The lively atmosphere of the restaurant was great too. ✨
The completely private seating area allows for a relaxed meal, making it perfect for special days, whether it's for couples, families, or business meetings! ‼️
They can prepare a birthday plate with a message, making it an ideal restaurant for special occasions. 🥰
There are still some dishes I'm curious about, so this is a place I definitely want to visit again. 🥰
