Instil Coffee 中山店

Today I came near Zhongshan Station after a long absence. I was looking for some good coffee to drink and found this one. The decoration of the store is very thoughtful, and you can see that the owner is a very tasteful person.

The weather was super hot, so a group of us ordered a glass of iced Americano and three cups of iced hand brew with different beans. The most impressive one is Honduras - Pantanel Natural, which has bright acidity, very good punch, and no odor at all. My personal choice of Ethiopia is also good, you can see the description on the photo.

His beans are on the expensive side ($700 for 200g). I finally bought a pack of beans and took them to the office to brew them, but they haven’t tasted the same as the ones in the store yet... I’m not sure whether it’s because I’m not skilled enough or...
