Located in an alley in Zhongshan District, I think it is a very high-quality hand-brewed coffee shop~
The coffee inside is mostly hand-brewed. In addition to various single-origin coffees, there are also geisha beans for you to enjoy, but their geisha can only be made hot!
I originally wanted to order their Bolivian Geisha beans, but it was too hot today, so I ordered coffee from other origins with the same origin to try.
What I tried this time was the ice-cold Bolivia. Anaerobic treatment in Bolivia|Pineapple cake|Berry|Lavender
After ordering and paying, you can take a break in the store or take a walk around. The coffee beans they roast for the current period are sold on the wall. Sitting in the rest area, you can see the barista making fresh coffee. It looks very professional and very soothing to the body and mind. During this 10-minute waiting time, it is also good to put down your phone and watch the barista focus on making coffee~
After getting the coffee, I took a photo and then went to enjoy it slowly outside the store. It tasted full of rich floral and fruity aroma, and the berry taste seemed to be heavier, but I felt that it had a slightly bitter and heavy taste. What a pity. I feel like I will try their other hand-brewed items next time I have the chance (I want to try Geisha the most)
