A well-known bento shop in Taipei with many branches, you’ll often see it around. This one is the main store, offering Jin Xian fish balls and shrimp rolls with rice. It seems there are many with similar names, and it's hard to keep track, but I know this place has good business.
It has been open for several decades, and the environment is quite nice for a bento shop, with a dedicated takeout window and quick service. The side dishes differ each time, the shrimp rolls are perfectly fried—cooked but not overdone, and the ribs are flavorful without being dry. Overall, I really like it.
