"COFFEE XOVER Coffee Shake Concept Store" is a café that I've recently come to love. It's not just because their coffee or food is particularly delicious, but because they have plenty of seating and don't impose time limits even on weekends. Some seats are well-lit or have power outlets available, and there's a whole wall filled with books, making it a perfect spot to pick a book and spend every weekend here.

"COFFEE XOVER Coffee Shake Concept Store" is about a 2-minute walk from the Minquan West Road Station and around 7 minutes from the Shuanglian Station; it's not far at all. The design inside and outside the café is classy with a lot of black, and the furniture is mostly in wood tones and black, which gives a calming feeling.

There are seats available on both the first floor and the basement. The first-floor seating is more scattered and often sees guests moving around, making it suitable for a casual bite and a drink while chatting. The basement has more seating and is better suited for working on a laptop or reading.

We arrived at noon on Sunday at 12 PM, and there were still about half of the basement seats available to choose from. Even before 2 PM, it wasn’t completely full yet, which felt quite fortunate! (However, it seemed that by around 3 PM, the basement was consistently at full capacity.)

Honey Mustard Tuna Cheese Egg Toast $120:
You can choose between charcoal bread or buttery Danish bread for the toast; I opted for the more unique charcoal toast, which seems to be made with bamboo charcoal. It gets nice and crispy, giving a slightly grainy texture, which I personally really like!
The filling isn’t anything special, containing tuna salad, corn, an omelet, cheese, etc. The seasoning is okay; I’d be willing to order it again.

Add-on All-Day Breakfast Plate $180:
This adds a lettuce bowl with sesame sous-vide chicken bits, potato egg salad, and baked bacon corn cup.
The lettuce tastes quite fresh, and the salad dressing is quite appetizing. There’s not a lot of chicken bits, but they sprinkle crunchy nuts on top, which is a nice touch! The potato egg salad is well-seasoned, but the baked bacon corn cup is just okay~~ Overall, I feel that considering the portion and taste, the add-on price of $180 is a bit pricey.

Premium Latte (Large) $140:
The large cup here is indeed quite large. I think this price is pretty cheap for Taipei City, but the taste is just average. Personally, I find the coffee bean flavor to be okay; it's not too high-end. However, the milky taste becomes more prominent as you drink it, making it smoother. By the end, I still feel that for this price, I'd be willing to buy it again.

P.S. They also sell a variety of teas, and even bubble milk tea, haha.
